Description

Golden Age Detective mystery story set in a public school. First edition in green cloth with black titles.  Ex Metropolitan Joint Fiction reserve . The London Public Libraries kept a fiction reserve across all the London Boroughs which individual boroughs could draw on for requests – these had a stamp to the front pastedown  and  an accession number to the title page (very light) . This also has slight remnant of label removed to front pastedown. Some foxing and handling marks and spine is frayed at rear edge and is snagged to the top with a one inch tear otherwise a Good copy of a scarce item.
