Rainbow Series of Colour Books, 16 plates in full colour. Undated but 1920s. Contains Scottish, Irish, French, Danish and Northern Lands stories ‘Arranged by’ Marlowe. Very scarce – no copies in holding libraries, only one other on the net @ £900+. It is possible this was not published at all due to the outbreak of the war and the printing mistake? Illustrations signed B.E.F. Spine faded affecting edges of colours. Plates intact. Drawings hand coloured a little sketchily with some offsetting to adjacent pages and plates.
