Two 19th century American novels in their first UK edition, with ilustrations by Hugh Thomson. All edges gilt. Green cloth decorated in gilt. Sadly the front endpaper has been spliced out and the top edge of the spine is worn and snagged. Slight lean. A Good- copy of an attractive edition.
