Five volume set in hardback first editions in uniform dustjackets. Volume 1 is a 3rd printing, Volumes 2-5 are first printings. The fifth volume here was published after the author’s death. Vol. 6: the Cumulative Indices, not available here, was published in 1992. . A six volume version was later issued in paperback.
