This collection, with original charter, seisins etc. in Latin and old Scots relating to Aberdeen and Banff was published in 4 volumes between 1847 and 1869. This is volume 2 only. Laid in is an excerpt explaining that Volume 2 would be the first of the three (later to become four!) printed.. Green cloth with the Club emblem embossed to the front cover/ Rebacked with the original tile overlaid on newer green cloth. Hinges reinforced with cloth.. Marks of removal of bookplate to front pastedown. Name in contemporary ink to fep .Good condition.
