With an introduction by Henry Williamson.Letters written home to his wife during 1939-45 from a L/Corp. stretcher-bearer serving with the Queen’s Royal West Kents in Africa, Italy and Greece. He survived hostilities but died of tuberculosis during the summer of 1945. Slightly dusty to the edges of the text block otherwise VG in VG dustjacket which has a couple of thin closed etars
