Fold out map of Montrose produce by a local bookseller, with their advert to the front cover  Adverts to rear and  an excerpt from the Dundee Advertiser of 1896, praising the virtues of the town of Montrose. There is a small red overprint of afor the pavilion and bathing stations suggesting a date for the map prior to 1913 when the Pavilion was opened. Foxing throughout . Good copy of a scarce map.
