Undated but circa. 1920. Quarter red leather spine on brown cloth. In Very Good condiion – far better than average. This edition comes in at a hefty 1680pp plus adverts and weights over 2 kilos,. A period piece with expectations that the ‘Mistress’ will need to manage servants and meet her husbands needs etc. Many period recipes not generally served up in today’s households – ‘Pig’s Head, Collared’ for example. Some excellent colour and black and white illustrations. A marvellous present and a very nice copy.
