Pencilled signature of John Harrison (presumably the City Treasurer of the time) to the half title. With a large folding plan to the rear produced by W.K. Johnston and a smaller plan of the City of Edinburgh’s ‘Oyster Scalps’. Includes a section onthe principles behind the concept of Common Good. Red cloth with gilt titles and City badge.
