Description

When Nick Laymon and his friends accidentally run down a pedestrian on a lonely stretch of highway they find a sheaf of cash and a mysterious key. The key unlocks a locker at a bus station. The locker contains a homemade video tape. The tape depicts the rape and murder of a teenage girl.
