“Hard to find in the attractive period dustjacket. 4th impression Gift inscription (contemporary ink) on the front free endpaper, otherwise Very Good in a nice jacket which has some wear and tear to the edges and corners but is largely intact. It has a sticker on the spine indicating this was chosen as “”the Scotland Yard prize (for the best mystery) 1930″”. The illustration shows a nurse, Florence Nightingale like with a lamp, hovering over a dead body.”
