With a gift inscription from the author’s son to the title page and a letter to the author pasted to the front endpaper. The letter is from the publisher, Routledge offering to buy the copyright as the only way for the book to be published, to then publish the book (presumbably referring to a draft submitted to them for consideration) and suggesting some amendments to the approach.  An unique item.
