Description

Two videos and an audio tape  with important recordings of material associated with the Cameronians: Scottish rifles.  Audio tape with voiceover by Tom Fleming on the disbandment of the Cameronians in 1968. Video (professional)  of the Parade and Conventicle at Castle Dangerous on the disbandment of the 1st battallion The Cameronians. Video (transferred from film)  of ‘The Death of a Regiment: The Cameronians’ Sent to Colonel Dow in 1991 – this would appear to be cine amateur film of the disbandment transferred to video. Includes a letter to Colonel Dow from the film-maker.  Also included is a cassette of theh Edinburgh Tattoo 1990 (unopened in its original wrapper. Note – this material has not been played or checked so sold ‘With all Faults’ at the buyer’s risk.
