First edition of his first novel. Black cloth with orange lettering. A Vg copy with just minor edgewear and light marks to covers. Matched up with a dustjacket produced the foillowing year  [1930]. The jacket has been pasted to stiffer paper and is price clipped, so only Fair condition but is protected in a removable sleeve and looks nice on the shelf.
