Description

Popular novel set around the time of the Tay Bridge railway disaster.  Original coloured boards rest on a red leather spine . Some wear to covers and leather. Endpapers reoughly repaired and glued to  preface Preface, title and contents list appear to have been crudely refixed in the wrong order. Final page has some loss to edges with a limited loss of the text.  Interesting mainly for the boards, which rarely survive for these popular novels  A Fair copy.
