First edition in dustjacket of this elusive work by the author of ‘A Voyage to Arcturus’. Very scarce in the jacket. A controversial work. Laid in is a sales invoice for the book from the Cecil Court Bookshop, Bell, Book and Radnall, from 1982. Bookplate unobtrusively attached to thefront pastedown. A couple of small foxing marks to early pages. Jacket retains its price of 7s 6d and has a couple of chips (visible in the scans) to the foot of the spine and at one corner. The jacket also has some wear to the top of the spine and a rub to the middle of the spine. Otherwise a fresh copy of this difficult work.
