Description

A nice set in the original dustjackets. 3 vols., 8vo, [xviii, 726pp], [viii, 611pp] + [x, 552pp]. Dated 1905, 1906, 1921 to the title pages. Although these are first edition sheets and identical to the three volume brown cloth set, I believe these were printed ats a set in 1933 (listing of series on the back of the jackets has the figure 9/33 to the foot and I suspect his indicates the set was produced from the original sheets in 1933). Very scarce in dustjackets, which are price clipped with a few minor marks . A heavy set (just under 4 kilos with packaging)
