Description

Very scarce poetic short story included in the Dent ‘New Poetry’ series.

Sykes Davies was a leading figure in the British surrealist movement, friend of Salvador Dali and Wittgenstein and at one time had Malcolm Lowry declared his ward in an attempt to stop Lowry’s drinking. Dustjacket is marked and has a few small chips but generally this is a vG copy with no inscriptions and the dustjacket price of 2/6 intact. Very scarce
